As Memphis native Ashley Thomas stepped onto the set of “Nashville” over the summer she had a lingering feeling she did not belong there. In spite of this she had to remember why she landed a recurring role on the show’s upcoming season, which premiered on ABC Wed., Sept 25.
The first season of “Nashville” gained popularity and featured film and television stars Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere as well as Songwriter Hall of Fame inductee J.D. Souther, who made his name writing hits for The Eagles and Linda Ronstadt. The Huffington Post revealed in May that “Nashville” is the only freshman ABC drama of 2012 to be picked up for a second season. Continue reading
