Mark Rubin named JCRS Executive Director

Mark Rubin has been named executive director of Jewish Children’s Regional Service, becoming only the fourth leader of the Jewish social service agency since 1946. A New Orleans native, Rubin was unanimously approved by a board vote on July 15. His appointment is effective August 1, 2021.
