Jewish Roots Jubilee: Celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the Modern-Day JCRS

When the Jewish Children’s Regional Service (JCRS) fundraising committee was brainstorming ideas for its 2021 virtual gala, members wondered how they could match the success of last year’s in-person event. That fundraiser featured musical performances by the “Success Story Ensemble,” a group of JCRS scholarship recipients – including Basil Alter of Memphis – who are currently pursuing advanced degrees in musical performance.
